Senai revealed that currently all costs associated with debt collection will be borne by debtor customers.
With the aim of raising awareness among water users about water account management, WUC has launched a âKeep it flowingâ campaign which aims to increase awareness of water account management and educate clients on water accounts management. different ways to pay water bills, among others.
âOne month’s notice has been given for customers to make payment arrangements and for those with inactive accounts to reapply,â Senai said.
The WUC boss said these efforts were made to avoid disconnections of the water supply and the inconvenience that results.
